Per Copy by Model Class Report Features of the report include:
- The ability to select your own burden
rate, for hourly costs. You can play "What-if"
scenarios, to see how total expenses will increase
in the future.
- The report is dynamic. It expands
to include more inventory categories, only if that
model has costs involved in it. No more looking
at several columns of zeros. You can also get
Cost-per-Copy on an unlimited number of item categories,
not just a few, like most programs. This means,
cost-per-copy on rollers, drums, toner, developer,
paper?, main boards?, cleaning blades?....anything
you want. As detailed, or not as detailed as you need.
- It is simple to use. Every time
you close a call and use parts, they are automatically
tracked by the category. Just print the report
when you want, and it's accurate. Furthermore,
the programming and queries are so sophisticated that
should you realize 2 years later that you had a few
inventory items that were in one category, (like developer),
when they should have been categorized as toner, you
simple change the category for that item, and now
all the Cost-per-Copy reports you print will show
the change, and be accurate.
- The report can be further customized
so you can determine what models are the highest percentage
cost for you, compared to other "like" models.
