Features of the report include:

  • The ability to know which call was the original call, and which was the call back.
  • Problem Alerts are also shown on the last column.  A call back is 2 service calls in a user definable time period.  A problem alert is x calls in a user definable call period.  You set the x variable yourself.  In fact, Miracle Service is so sophisticated that you can re-set this criteria and re-run the reports.   Find out which technicians have the most call backs too, with our technician analysis report.
