Version 5.2 is now available

We're pleased to announce the latest version of Miracle Service .
This is a power-packed release with tons of great new features including
a new "Customer Center" and an optional "Yield Tracker" module.

NEW - Customer Center:

Now, see all your customer's information in one place! This was a big hit with the customer beta testers of this release. Click here to see screenshot.

Easily review a customer's history on one screen with clickable tabs. See: Invoices, Sales Orders, Service Equipment, Service Contracts, Contacts and Service Tasks. Several filtering options are available to customize your Customer Centre. To set your company's preferences, open the Miracle Service Administration application and select 'Customer Tab Defaults' from the 'Customers & Suppliers' menu.

NEW - Yield Tracker (This is an optional module):

If you are tired of walking into your customer's office to see a box of your supplies sitting on their floor unused and not needed, or tying up your cash in excess inventory you'll love this new module.

Easily track your customer's supplies usage against their contracts. Track supply usage based on the clicks on a machine, or based on the total items shipped under the contract. Using the Yield Tracker will save you money by shipping only the supplies that you agreed to in the contract.

Other Key Features of this Release Include:

NEW Customer Notes: Keep track of information and notes internally that can't be seen by the Customer. Add notes to a Customer or Service Task (separate from the work performed). This is exceptionally helpful for Helpdesk type services! Internal access to the notes can be restricted by permission level by individual user. Click here to see a screenshot.

More Contract Flexibility: Contracts are now calculated by period term, making them more intuitive and simplier to manage. This is one of several enhancements in this release devoted to making contracts management easier and more flexible.

Enhanced Service Contract Wizard: in addition to the ability to swap equipment and track movement history of equipment under contract which came out in the last release, we've added even more capabilities. Now you can easily add new equipment to a contract, review pending swaps, setup contract renewal rates, and quickly change charges. Swap both main and accessory equipment and even swap in a different model of machine with different charges so you can upsize or downsize a contract (change Base and Meter Charges).

Enhanced Look: Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to give us their feedback about version 5.1! We've enhanced the new look even more in this release in keeping with Microsoft standards.

NEW Personalized Details for Each Requester: Keep track of each Requestor's email, title, fax, cellphone and more.

NEW Automatic Price Increases: This guarantees that prices that you want to have increased will be done automatically with out somebody having to rifle through filing cabinets or excel spreadsheets. Setup contracts with annual price increases to ensure you do not miss revenue opportunities.
