1 – Get Meter Readings directly from the Copier, Printer or MFP:
The Meter Center works with industry leading manufacturers’ email-enabled printer, copier and MFP devices. It receives incoming emails from the devices and automatically reads the serial numbers, print, copy, fax and scan counts, including black copy and color copy counts, and seamlessly enters that data directly into Miracle Service.
2 - By Traditional Customer-Sent Emails:
When meter readings are due, Miracle Service automatically sends an email notification to your customer showing the last billed meter reading and the due date. Your customers simply click ‘reply’ to the email and enter their readings in the space provided. The Meter Center reads and verifies the incoming emails and automatically enters the data into your Miracle Service database. Never hand-enter a meter reading again!
3 - From Your Website:
If you have a form on your website where your customers enter their meter readings, the Meter Center can capture that data and enter it directly into Miracle Service for you. Serial numbers, print, copy, fax and scan counts, including black copy and color copy counts – whatever you collect – is all verified and entered for you.
