Customer Web Portal

Miracle Service provides you with the software and tools you need to put your business on the Web. Now your customers can interact with your company through your unique customer portal. They can:

  • View Outstanding Service Ticket information,
  • Update Meter Readings, and
  • Order parts and materials

Customers are able to enter new call requests, update meter readings and order parts and materials on-line using the customer web portal.
The Customer Web Portal is a powerful tool that can be integrated with your existing Miracle Service installation with minimal changes to your existing environment. In many cases it will require no changes to your current software or hardware. The Customer Web Portal must be run on a Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) version 5.0 or newer with an active internet connection. It is best to have a dedicated Internet connection with a static IP address for the Customer Portal. Other options are available and you can discuss your needs with the Nexent Sales Team.

Automate Your Meter Readings

The Customer Portal is also able to help automate your meter readings. You can set-up the e-mail scheduler to send regular e-mail reminders to your customer when their meter readings are due. Once the meter readings are entered the reminder messages are no longer sent to your customer.

You have the ability to configure when to start sending the reminder e-mail messages. How often to send them, and how many repeat messages should be sent to your customer.
