When you take a service call with Miracle Service, you'll
know instantly if the customer contract includes
a PM, and/or if the equipment needs a PM but is
not covered! What does this mean? It
means you can have your service manager sell the
customer a PM contract, or a Quality Check while
the emergency call is outstanding.

- Each of these meters can have an unlimited number of copy charge levels. (Example: 5000 copies included in the base charge, 5001-10000 at 2.51 cents per copy, 10001-20000 @ 2.00 cents a copy, 20001-50000 @ 1.80 cents per copy, 50001 to "whatever" @ 1.55 cents per copy. (unlimited but we'll stop here)

- (Multiple) Step down pricing between copy levels for a given period. This allows you to be very creative in setting up complicated billing contracts.
- You can have an unlimited number of copiers on a single Master Service Contract. 1 Million copies converting 25 machines at a large school board...on one invoice for meter billings, and/or period billings!)
- If you set up a Master Service Contract with 25 copiers, and this contract also covers 5 color copiers, you can use or very unique "Meter Consolidation" feature, (just click one button), to link all the black meters on all machines to one copy level charge, like 1 million copies included, and then have an unlimited number of levels on volumes that exceed this in the period, or over the full term of the service contract.
- Our Meter Invoices are easy to understand so your customer won't be scratching their heads.
- When it is time to call for meters, Miracle Service alerts you whether or not a call is required, and prints a clear report lettering the caller know the following. We've added a "Call Buffering" capability which you can set to 10 days for example. Therefore, if you've obtained a meter from a service call in those 10 days, a call on this meter is tagged as "not required". If you do call them, the screen changes from a green "Not Req'd" to a blue "Called". If you must call them, the meter has a read "Call Req'd" message next to it.
- Meter Call Sheets - First off, all the equipment at that site is grouped together, so only one call needs to be made. Then it lists: who to ask for, the equipment ID, description, location of equipment, last meter reading and location of the meter for customer (left side of copier inside the door). It then has a space to write in the new reading. The charge is computed instantly and displayed on the screen.
- Estimating Meter Usage. Have you ever had a customer that just refuses to call you back, so you can't obtain a meter reading? Just have Miracle Service estimate the usage, based on their past usage, and then we'll add another user definable percentage onto the charge.
- The Meter Call Screen enhances the value of the report too...so you don't even need to print the Call Sheet. But we wanted to make the report as functional, since not too many companies have an extra PC sitting around for someone to call for the reading.
