When you take a service call with Miracle Service, you'll know instantly if the customer contract includes a PM, and/or if the equipment needs a PM but is not covered!  What does this mean?  It means you can have your service manager sell the customer a PM contract, or a Quality Check while the emergency call is outstanding.
  • Select all PM's due in the next x days or x weeks.  All equipment under a contract that is due for a PM is displayed.  In seconds you can auto-generate all of these calls, and give them a specific PM Call Type Task, so they do not 'clutter' up the real calls in the outstanding call screen.  Now your technicians can do them over the course of the next several weeks.
  • Find out which equipment in your service base is due for a PM that is not covered by a contract. Now get on the phone and starting selling them.   It's that simple. Today you must be pro-active in your service department, and selling contracts before your customer has a problem promoted better customer service.

  • Easily enter the meter reading for the equipment.  Notification if a call is required for billing purposes.  If you need to call the customer, all equipment at customer site is grouped, so you can place one telephone call, and receive all the meter readings.

  • A simple and powerful report can also be printed that can be faxed to customer, or given to telemarketer to obtain latest readings.
  • Creates an invoice for master service contracts, (which is an optional module on Lite), so you can create one invoice for dozens of machines, all under the same service contract.
  • Select a date, and all the equipment contracts that need to be billed appear.  Just approve the charges and you're finished your monthly invoices.
