You are now able to keep track of your service calls on your Outlook Calendar. Use the Visual Schedule Outlook Add-in along with Miracle Service or as a separate standalone application. With the Visual Schedule Outlook Add-in you are able to view all of your Outstanding Service Calls right in you Outlook Calendar. Your field staff can also use the Outlook Add-in to integrate their calls to their Outlook schedule and then syncronize their Palm, Pocket PC or Blackberry to carry that schedule with them on their handheld device.
