Our Visual Schedule makes keeping track of your technicians schedule and service calls easier. Use the Visual Schedule along with Miracle Service or as a separate standalone application. You are able to view all of your Outstanding Service Calls in a powerful calendar view. See all open calls at the click of a button and customize the screen to suit each user's needs. Click on the image to the right to see more.

  • View by 1-Day, 5-day week, 7-day week or Month
  • Spot any technician scheduling conflicts quickly and easily
  • Allow other staff members to view the schedule without running a full version of Miracle Service
  • Select to view a single technician or multiple technicians
  • Customize and color code the view. Use this to highlight PM Calls, Callbacks or Problem Alert calls. Use it to identify types of calls or the status of your calls.
  • Hover over a ticket to see the main call details.
