The Web Technician Portal is a powerful tool that can be integrated with your existing Miracle Service installation with minimal changes to your existing environment. In many cases it will require no changes to your current software or hardware. The Technician Web Portal must be run on a Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) version 5.0 or newer with an active internet connection. It is best to have a dedicated Internet connection with a static IP address for the Technician Portal. Other options are available and you can discuss your needs with the Nexent Sales Team.
