User Training on Service Management Software.

Unleashing the power of Miracle Service and Service Accent through our power lunch training sessions. Through our remote training sessions, you can learn more about the power and capabilities of your service management application and develop the confidence you need to expand the benefit of your Miracle Service or Service Accent application.   Our training classes are designed to be 60 mintues in length to provide you with power tips and skills to apply immediately after the training.   Training classes are avalable to all customers. Customers can purchase a single class voucher or multiple prepaid vouchers in blocks.  Each training session may have up to a maximum of 10 different customers in any class.  All training is done over the web via GoToMeeting. GoToMeeting requires Internet Access and a phone.
