Version 6 is now available
We're pleased to
announce the latest version of Miracle Service
with new features and enhancements is now available.
NEW
- Consolidated Period Billing:
Now consolidate multiple
Period Billing Invoices on to one Consolidated Invoice. Great for
MPS contracts and more.
NEW
- Automated Meter Email Notification:
When meter readings are due, Miracle Service can now automatically
send an email notification to your customer showing the last-billed
meter reading. Your customers simply click 'reply' to the email and enter
their readings in the space provided.
The incoming emails are then routed via our Meter
Center which collects the meter reads, and automatically enters
the data into your Miracle Service database without you ever having
to touch a button!
(Please note the Meter
Center is an optional module).
ENHANCED
- Report Designer:
Based on the high demand for the new Report Designer and customer
feedback, we re-designed the method for building and generating
reports and templates and have added many new template designs.

A
new built-in data source makes it easier and faster to add new fields
to your templates.

New customizable templates
for: Service Task Tickets, POS Invoices, Text Invoices, Purchase
Orders, POS Sales Orders, Text Sales Orders, Part Labels, Picking
Slips, Service Estimates, Consolidated Service Billing & Period
Billing Invoices and Service Contracts.
IMPORTANT
NOTE: If you have previously customized any templates, please
send a copy to our technical
support group so we can update them to the new enhanced format
before you upgrade your Miracle Service to version 6.0.

Key Features of this Release Include:

Email
messages: You now have more room to write email messages when
sending template documents including: sales orders, sales invoices,
purchase orders, service equipment contracts, and service task tickets.

Design
your own Service Estimate: We've enhanced
the custom templates to include Service Estimates. Users are now
able to create their own service estimate sheets using the Report
Designer and to choose to use their design as their default.
•
Contract
Update: Enhanced the Contract Update so it is easier to use
and includes the ability to review and manage pending Service Contract
updates. Also, added the ability to filter out serialized inventory
from the list of available incoming serial numbers when swapping
equipment.
