Email status tracking

With SendGrid® Email Platform.

This new feature available in version 11, lets you see the Sent, Delivered, Opened, Bounced and Blocked statuses of your emails sent from Miracle Service. Once installed, sent email status will be visible to you, if your SendGrid® integration is enabled. 

Email status tracking is available on many of the Miracle Service screens, including: Service Task, Service Billing Invoice, Sales Invoice, Period Invoice, Purchase Order, Sales Order and Contracts.


Please read the Installation Instructions before proceeding. Needs to be installed on each computer running Miracle Service.
