How Mobile Field Service Software Enhances Client Interactions

This update includes new features, fixes and optimizations aimed at enhancing your overall experience.
Included in this release:
- Direct Zoom from Invoice to Service Task. Easily navigate from a Service Invoice its related service Task with a single click. Just select the [+] button next to the Task ID field in the Service Invoice to zoom directly to the task.
- Inventory Item Images in the Mobile Field Technician Console. Field technicians can now conveniently view inventory item images directly within the Mobile Field Technician Console. To add an image, navigate to the inventory record in Miracle Service and click the [Image] button. Alternatively, you can upload an image from the Part Detail screen in the Mobile Field Technician Console. Once added, the image becomes instantly accessible to technicians in the mobile console.
- Customer Portal Enhancement. Customers can now download their own Equipment list from the Customer Portal, making it easier to review and manage their equipment records.
- Period and Meter Charges can now be sent to QuickBooks Online on separate lines, enabling distinct tax applications for each charge.
