Miracle Service Has Added a New Model
We’ve added model-specific “Custom Fields” and “Documents” to the Model Class feature and made it possible for you to update service equipment records across the whole system based on the Model Class settings.
Updates to the QuickBooks Online Integration
You can now export more than just invoices and purchase orders. You can now include a service job’s description of the work done directly on the invoice, as well as export both printed and received purchase orders at the same time.

Better features for mobile apps
Check Out More Equipment Fields on the App
You asked for your technicians to be able to see more data in the Mobile Field Technician Console, and now you have it. You can let people see fields on each equipment record like the Purchase Date, the Warranty End Date, the Contract Type and Terms, and the Purchase Vendor.
Documents for technicians that are specific to models
You can also make it so that technicians can automatically see Documents that are specific to a certain model of equipment. Ideal for guides and training materials.
Changes to the customer portal to make service better
Customers can now more easily see both open and closed service jobs from the past that were related to certain equipment. They can also see public documents that are related to that equipment or model.
